HOW TO ORDER
!! IMPORTANT !! The CDC has enforced strict guidelines for testing and reporting for possible & confirmed COVID-19 cases. All testing will be reported directly to the CDC and will only be accepted for laboratory analysis with properly completed order form!
Step 1: Download and fill out the Med2U Order Form Fill out the order form completely and indicate "COVID-19 TESTING" in the test menu "OTHER TEST" area.
Step 2: Fax or Email Covid-19 completed ordering documents to Med2U for review Fax: (844) 782-3329 | Email: Orders@Med2U.com
Step 3: Submit Payment Fees will cover costs of specimen collection, courier service, and laboratory processing. Some costs may be covered my medicare. AFTER your ordering documents have been submitted and reviewed, you will receive an email notification with credit card payment instructions. or you may make payment over the phone by calling (844) 886-3328
When Will My Patient Be Seen For Testing? Our Med2U staff is accommodating requested service times as best as possible. Although we are sensitive to each patients availability, Med2U mobile technicians are servicing multiple patients throughout each day. Patients or point of contact will be called the evening before patient date of service to confirm patient availability. If primary contact receives a voicemail about confirming appointment, we recommend to call back ASAP to communicate availability and confirm appointment. If call is missed and point of contact cannot reach dedicated mobile technician, call our office at (844) 886-3328.
Covid-19 Testing Terms & Conditions
Covid-19 laboratory processing, "PUI" documentation and test results are processed and submitted by our contracted laboratory to the CDC according to CDC protocols and requirements. All results are confidential and are delivered according to HIPAA guidelines to the ordering Healthcare Provider.
Testing Fees Covid-19 Testing Payment to Med2U is for the cost incurred by our contracted laboratory for processing and the mobile technician/courier services.
Covid-19 Test Results: Results will be delivered to ordering healthcare provider via fax (also uploaded to Client Portal) as soon as they are made available from the processing laboratory. Results should be produced within 48-72 hours of specimen drop off time. Med2U is NOT responsible for any delays in laboratory processing due to high demand or unforeseen delays by third party contracted laboratory.
Med2U is not responsible nor has any influence on Covid-19 test results. If you or ordering party is not satisfied with testing results, retesting can be requested at full service price.
Cancellations/Refunds Cancel by calling (844) 886-3328. Med2U will honor a Full Refund on orders that are cancelled at least 2 HOURS PRIOR to scheduled visit. A 50% Refund will be honored on cancellations made LESS THAN 2 HOURS PRIOR to scheduled visit OR if patient becomes unavailable without notification upon arrival. No Refunds will be honored on any orders that have administered and completed.
